margarita pizza, you can find them in any italian restaurant. it easy to make and tastes f*ckin delicious 😀

the ingredients for pizza dough :

3 cups (400g) plain flour
2 tsp dried yeast
2 tsp salt 
1 cup warm water
3 tbsp oliver oil

1. add all ingredients in a mix bowl, kneed until smooth and rest about 8-10 mins dont forget cover with wrap to rise the yeast.

2.Divide dough in two and roll out pizza bases. Sprinkle a little flour on the bench before rolling to prevent dough from sticking.

Tip: For a delicious crunchy base, sprinkle polenta onto the kitchen bench instead of flour, when rolling out the pizza dough.

ingredients for margharita:

1 x 120g pizza dough portion
Plain flour, for dusting
3 tbs pizza sauce 
1 tbs baby capers, rinsed and drained
6-8 large basil leaves
9 halved oven-roasted cherry tomatoes 
2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
50g buffalo mozzarella, torn or grated ordinary mozarella

1: Place a pan into an oven and heat to 250°C.

2: On a floured wooden paddle or piece of baking paper, stretch out the dough into a long oval shape about 30cm long and 10-15cm wide, or to desired shape and thickness.

3: Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, sprinkle with baby capers and scatter over basil leaves. Place cherry tomatoes on top and drizzle with olive oil.

4: Slide pizza onto the pan and bake for about 5 minutes or until golden and crisp.

5: Brush the crust with olive oil and scatter mozzarella over pizza.

fettucini bolognise

bolognise is my favorites sauce, its easy to make and taste damn good 🙂

the ingredient :

fettucini:

the sauce : 

2 tbsp olive oil 
1 brown onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 medium carrots, finely chopped
250g Portobello mushrooms, sliced
500g Coles 3 star beef mince
400g Coles whole peeled Italian tomatoes
350g Coles fettuccine pasta
1 cup fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
Salt and pepper

1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large frying pan. Add the beef mince, season with salt and pepper and stir to break up the lumps. Cook for 5-7 mins over high heat until browned. Add the onion and cook for 2 mins then add the garlic, carrots and mushrooms, cook for 2 mins until just softened. Add the tomatoes and simmer for 30 mins

2. Cook the fettuccine bring water to boil add oil and salt add pasta stir wait about 6 mins

 3. Toss fettuccine with sauce in fettuccine cooking pan. Mix in basil.

So, I’ve finally tried making my own pasta 🙂

 Look at all the mess I’ve made, but it’s so worth it!

the ingredients:

500 gr tepung

5 butir telur

pertama tuang tepung di meja lalu buat lingkaran di tengah tepung itu lalu tuang kocokan telur aduk sampai kalis dan lembut. lalu istirahatkan selama 15menit. setelah itu siapkan mesin rolling pasta jika tidak ad bisa dengan rolling pin roll sampai tipis atau ketebalan yg kita mau.

adonan ini bisa untuk berbagai macam pasta raviolli, lasagna, liguini, papardele, etc

pasta ini bisa di sajikan dengan berbagai macam saus yang anda suka seperti carbonara, pesto, marinara, bolognise, etc 🙂
